All of our jewelry is handcrafted using recycled gold while prioritizing conscious gemstone sourcing and sustainable manufacturing practices. We take great pride in working with vendors across the US and around the world who share our same values, from fair trade sourcing, working directly with family owned mines, choosing a supplier who uses hydropower to grow diamonds above ground, striving for a circular supply chain and beyond. The future is a precious resource, and we are committed to caring for the planet.
Conscious Sourcing
In 2017, we partnered with Dell to extract gold from old computer motherboards, a novel application of e-waste that is 99% more environmentally friendly than extracting gold from the earth. BaYou jewelry is made with 100% recycled gold, including refined gold, vintage gold, and gold from tech.
