Customers receive complimentary domestic ground shipping within the USA on all orders of $500 or more (before tax). Exclusions may apply.

2. Discounted Merchandise & The Archive Collection

All purchases of discounted merchandise, including items in The Archive Collection, are final sale.
Some returns may be accepted for store credit only.

3. Sparkle for the Holidays Promotion

Offer Details:
Use promo code HOLIDAY20 to receive 20% off all items within the Sparkle for the Holidays Collection only.

Eligibility & Conditions:

  • Promotion applies exclusively to items within the Sparkle for the Holidays Collection.

  • Discount is not valid on previous purchases and may not be combined with other promotions, offers, or discount codes.

Shipping Timing:

  • Orders containing items from the Sparkle for the Holidays Collection that are placed by Monday, 12/22 at 12:00 PM PST will be scheduled to ship on Monday, 12/22.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only. BaYou with Love is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once orders have been dispatched. BaYou with Love is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, and shipping costs will not be refunded if packages do not arrive by Christmas.

Additional Terms:

  • Promotion applies to merchandise only and excludes taxes, shipping fees, and non-merchandise charges.

4. General Coupon Code & Promotional Terms

Only one (1) coupon code may be used per order; discounts cannot be combined.

Introductory coupon codes for first-time customers are valid only on the customer’s first order with BaYou with Love.

Coupon codes are not applicable to previous orders.

First-time customer codes, introductory offers, birthday subscriber specials, and other subscriber promotions are one-time use per customer.

Some items are not eligible for coupon codes, including:

  • Engagement rings

  • Custom jewelry

  • Made-to-order sizes

  • Preorder items

All sale items are final sale.

Discounted and/or promotional items and orders are not applicable to previous orders, custom-made jewelry, special-order sizes, or service fees.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

5. Returns & Adjustments

Any order edits after checkout (such as removing items or changing quantities) that affect promotional eligibility may invalidate promotions.

BaYou with Love reserves the right to cancel orders or void promotions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
