The Golden Summer Sale

Offer Period:
The Golden Summer Sale is planned to run for 48 hours, beginning Thursday, August 13, 2026 and ending Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT / 3:00 PM ET.

BaYou with Love reserves the right to modify or extend the promotional period at its discretion. Any changes to the offer period will be announced through BaYou with Love marketing channels.

Eligibility & Conditions:

  • The promotion applies only to qualifying styles included in The Golden Summer Sale collection at the time of purchase.
  • Promotional quantities are limited and may differ from total product inventory. Styles may be added to or removed from the promotion at the discretion of BaYou with Love.
  • The promotion is not valid on previous purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • The promotion may not be combined with other offers or discount codes.
  • All promotional styles and quantities are subject to availability.

Final Sale & Exchanges:

  • All Golden Summer Sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Exchanges may be possible in limited circumstances, subject to product availability and approval by BaYou with Love.

  • Any applicable price difference, shipping, resizing, or other costs associated with an approved exchange may be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged items remain final sale.

Exclusions:
Gift cards, custom orders, made-to-order items not included in the sale collection, resizing, repairs, engraving, taxes, shipping, and other non-merchandise charges are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Additional Terms:
The promotional discount has no cash value. BaYou with Love reserves the right to cancel orders or revoke promotional eligibility in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing or technical errors, or violation of these terms.

 

2. Free Shipping on Orders $500+

Customers receive complimentary domestic ground shipping within the USA on qualifying orders of $500 or more before tax.

Exclusions may apply. Expedited shipping and other upgraded shipping services are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Discounted Merchandise & The Archive Collection

All purchases of discounted merchandise, including items in The Archive Collection, are final sale unless otherwise expressly stated.

In limited circumstances, an exchange or return for store credit may be considered at the discretion of BaYou with Love and subject to product availability.

Promotional or discounted pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

4. General Coupon Code & Promotional Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion:

  • Only one (1) coupon or promotional code may be used per order.

  • Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined.

  • Coupon codes and promotional pricing are not applicable to previous purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • First-time customer offers are valid only on a customer's first qualifying order.

  • First-time customer, subscriber, and other single-use promotional codes are limited to one use per customer.

  • Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Certain merchandise, services, and charges may be excluded from promotional offers, including:

  • Engagement rings

  • Custom jewelry

  • Made-to-order sizes or styles

  • Preorder items

  • Gift cards

  • Resizing

  • Repairs

  • Engraving

  • Shipping

  • Taxes

  • Other service or non-merchandise fees

Additional exclusions may apply and may vary by promotion.

5. Promotional Orders, Returns & Adjustments

Promotional purchases are subject to the return, exchange, and final sale terms stated for the applicable promotion, in addition to BaYou with Love's standard policies.

Orders are not eligible for post-purchase adjustments that would alter promotional pricing or eligibility.

If a promotion begins after an order has already been placed, promotional pricing will not be applied retroactively unless expressly stated otherwise.

BaYou with Love reserves the right to cancel an order, revoke promotional eligibility, or correct an order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing or technical errors, or violation of promotional terms.
