1. Free Shipping on Orders $500+

Customers receive complimentary domestic ground shipping within the USA on all orders of $500 or more (before tax). Exclusions may apply.

2. Discounted Merchandise & The Archive Collection

All purchases of discounted merchandise, including items in The Archive Collection, are final sale.
Some returns may be accepted for store credit only.

3. The Circular Sale

Offer Period:
Valid on qualifying purchases made beginning April 1, 2026, and continuing until sold out or until the promotion is ended at the discretion of BaYou with Love, LLC.

Offer Details:
The Circular Sale includes a curated selection of styles offered at a promotional price for a limited time, before being melted down and repurposed into future designs.

Eligibility & Conditions:

  • Promotion applies exclusively to items within The Circular Sale collection.
  • All items purchased as part of The Circular Sale are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Promotion is not valid on previous purchases.
  • This promotion may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes.
  • No additional coupon codes may be applied to Circular Sale items.

Exclusions:

  • Does not apply to gift card purchases, custom orders, made-to-order items, resizing, repairs, engraving, taxes, shipping, or any non-merchandise charges.
  • Additional exclusions may apply at the sole discretion of BaYou with Love, LLC.

Order Adjustments:

  • Orders placed under The Circular Sale are not eligible for modifications that would alter pricing or eligibility after checkout.

Final Sale Policy:

  • All Circular Sale purchases are considered final due to the nature of this offering, as items may be permanently removed from inventory and repurposed.

Limitations & Rights:

  • While supplies last.
  • BaYou with Love reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
  • BaYou with Love reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.

4. General Coupon Code & Promotional Terms

  • Only one (1) coupon code may be used per order; discounts cannot be combined.
  • Introductory coupon codes for first-time customers are valid only on the customer’s first order.
  • Coupon codes are not applicable to previous orders.
  • First-time, subscriber, and promotional codes are one-time use per customer.

Some items are not eligible for coupon codes, including:

  • Engagement rings
  • Custom jewelry
  • Made-to-order sizes
  • Preorder items
  • Other exclusions may apply
  • Discounted and/or promotional items and orders are not applicable to previous orders, custom-made jewelry, special-order sizes, or service fees.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

5. Returns & Adjustments

  • Any order edits after checkout that affect promotional eligibility will invalidate applicable promotions.
  • BaYou with Love reserves the right to cancel orders or revoke promotional eligibility in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
