Zoom Rules

Everyone who places an order in the first 48 hours was invited to a very special storytelling Zoom with founder, Nikki Reed, to discuss all things sustainability, entrepreneurship, activism and what dreams inspire YOU! You will receive your link by email as soon as possible. Please monitor your inbox for emails from sayhello@bayouwithlove.com

The time and date of the group Zoom may not be changed. If you are unable to attend the Zoom, a new time and date will not be given. Your Zoom link is only for use by the purchaser and may not be shared. You may give your one time use link as a gift instead, but only one person per link is allowed. The Zoom date and time may be subject to change from Bayou with Love. Our team will communicate with you through the email you provide in your orders with any updates or changes. If you have any questions, please feel welcome to email our friendly customer support!

 

Shipping

If your print arrives damaged from transit, please take a photo of the damaged print, the damaged packaging and the label and email it to sayhello@bayouwithlove.com. We will place an order for a new print for you immediately! Thank you for your understanding. 

 

For orders outside if the USA, please note that your countries customs duties, taxes and fees may be due upon delivery. Bayou with Love is not responsible for these fees.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after I place my order?

A: No, all sales are final and non-returnable since all prints are made to order.

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

A: Yes, you may change your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

Q: Can I use a discount code on print orders?

A: No, prints are not eligible for discount at this time.

 

Q: When will my print ship?

A: Prints take time to dry properly and cannot be rush ordered. We strive to ship print orders within 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed. 

 

Q: Are the prints framed?

A: No, the prints are not framed. We recommend consulting with and supporting a local artist near you for framing your special print. 

 

Q: How are the prints sustainable?

A: We have chosen to work with a print house that has shared with us that they prioritize sustainability. They use tree-free, cotton fiber papers that are both renewable and 100% recyclable. Water contamination and deforestation are the two main reasons that drive them to use tree-free papers exclusively. They have shared with us that they go above and beyond to provide the highest quality photographic media and printing service without sacrificing the environment.They share that they combine the highest quality archival grade water based pigment inks and papers without plastic coatings or optical brightening agents. They also ship in environmentally friendly packaging. They are also a part of 1% For The Planet!

 

Q: Will the BaYou with Love logo or print name be included on the front of my print?

A: No, all watermarks and text will not be included on the front of your print.

 

Q: Will the print look the same on my wall as it does in the photo examples?

A: All prints size examples are estimated and may look slightly different once received. We offer the example as a visualization sample only. Please measure at home to see an accurate visualization of each print size option.
