Green Friday Sale — Terms & Conditions

Effective Dates: November 23, 2025 – December 2, 2025

Welcome to the BaYou with Love Green Friday Sale. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed during the promotional period.

1. Promotion Overview

  • The Green Friday Sale begins 11/23/25 and ends 12/02/25.

  • Discount percentages may vary by product.

  • All discounts are automatically applied per item at checkout.

  • All other promotions, offers, and coupon codes are not eligible during this event.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Discounts do not apply to previous orders.

  • Some items are excluded from discounts, including but not limited to:

    • Custom-made jewelry

    • Made-to-order ring sizes

    • Resize fees

    • Preorder items

  • Additional exclusions may apply at BaYou with Love’s discretion.

3. Availability & Inventory

  • All promotional items are available while supplies last.

  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability at checkout.

  • In rare cases, inventory may oversell; if so, BaYou will contact you with options.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Select items may be eligible for return for BaYou store credit or gift card only.

  • Partial returns that bring your order below the minimum required for a promotion may affect eligibility (see Section 6).

  • Returned items must meet standard return requirements (unworn, original condition, etc.).

5. Order Changes & Processing Times

  • Due to high order volume during promotional events, orders may not be able to be modified, combined, or canceled once placed. We are always happy to try and help you! sayhello@bayouwithlove.com

  • Processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

  • BaYou with Love is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

6. Subscriber Only Gift With Purchase (GWP)

  • One gift from the eligble options may be chosen per eligible order of $250+ (before taxes and shipping).

  • If an order that received a gift-with-purchase is approved for return:

    • The gift must also be returned OR

    • A $140 deduction will be taken from the refund.

  • Partial returns that bring the order value below $250 will void gift eligibility.

7. Cookies & Access to Gift Options

  • Customers must "Accept Essential Cookies" on the website to view or select GWP options.

  • If the free gift pop-up does not activate after adding qualifying items to the cart, customers may:

  • BaYou with Love does not offer price adjustments if an item’s price changes during the promotional period.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

9. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

  • BaYou with Love reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of:

    • Fraud

    • Coupon misuse

    • Abuse of return policies

    • Manipulation of promotional mechanics (e.g., repeated returns to retain gifts)

10. Limitation of Liability

  • While BaYou with Love strives to ensure accuracy in pricing, availability, and promotional details, occasional errors may occur.

  • BaYou is not responsible for typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or unforeseen events that may impact the promotion.

11. Force Majeure

  • BaYou with Love is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders caused by events outside of its control, including but not limited to:

    • Weather events

    • Carrier delays

    • Supply chain disruptions

    • System outages

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable state and federal laws.

13. Amendment Clause

  • BaYou with Love, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the website or participation in the sale constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

The Archive Collection

All purchases of discounted merchandise is final sale, including items in The Archive Collection. Some returns may be accepted for store credit. Discount is not applicable to orders placed before May 2, 2025.

  • Receive a $500 BaYou with Love digital gift card towards a future purchase with any engagement ring purchase from our Immediately Available Engagement Ring Collection here.
  • $500 gift card + coupon code SAYIDOWITHBAYOU must be added to your cart before checkout for the promotion to activate. 
  • This promotion is not eligible toward any other rings or BaYou with Love jewelry and can only be applied to the listed engagement rings available for sale, not customized or made to order.
  • The gift card is sent via the email address used when placing the order.
