Returns & Refunds

At BaYou with Love, we create Luxury with a Story through thoughtfully crafted fine jewelry designed to become heirloom pieces for generations to come. We hope you love your purchase, but if it isn't quite the right fit, we're here to make the return process as simple and seamless as possible.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of your order date.

To qualify for a refund, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale items

• Digital gift cards

• Beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and body products

• Resized jewelry

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Any item returned damaged, worn, or altered after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. BaYou with Love is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

If a package is returned to us because delivery was refused, an incorrect shipping address was provided, or the package was not collected, a $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear.

Exchanges

Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, so exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.

If you're interested in a different size or style, please contact hello@bayouwithlove.com before placing a new order. We'll be happy to review availability and determine whether an exchange is possible.

Gift Purchases

If you received a BaYou with Love piece as a gift and would like to make an eligible return, please provide proof of purchase from the original purchaser, such as an order confirmation or order number.

Once your return has been received and approved, we'll issue a BaYou with Love digital gift card for the approved return amount, so you can choose the piece that's perfect for your story.
