Our 30-day return policy applies to most items, excluding our Engagement Collection, Wedding Bands, and custom pieces, which are final sale. To return an item, it must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned items, minus any applicable fees for restocking or special handling.
