Occasionally, upon request, our Custom Jewelry Design Team will modify the design of a made to order piece, which requires a custom design fee. This fee varies per request.
This Custom Design Fee is non-refundable, is applied toward your final order total, and will be added to the total price after we have a clear understanding of your customization request. Please do not hesitate to email us at sayhello@bayouwithlove.com if you have any questions about our customization process. This includes all Engagement rings, personalized jewelry and jewelry that requires moderate to extensive customization.

At Bayou with Love, we strive to ensure your orders are processed swiftly and shipped within 1-3 business days, with some items requiring up to 7 days or longer for custom orders. Please provide a physical address, as we do not ship to PO Boxes, and notify us promptly of any address changes to avoid delays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours. We offer international shipping to most countries, with customers responsible for any duties and taxes upon delivery. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, including damages, please inspect your package upon arrival and contact our friendly Customer Support at hello@bayouwithlove.com with photos of any damage to initiate a resolution.
Our 30-day return policy applies to most items, excluding our Engagement Collection, Wedding Bands, and custom pieces, which are final sale. To return an item, it must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned items, minus any applicable fees for restocking or special handling. Please note that certain items, such as beauty products and gift cards, are non-returnable.
